Randall Bonser

Randall Bonser
Editor, KFF for Dads

Randall Bonser is a free-lance writer/speaker and Home-based Dad living in Metro Atlanta. He likes to joke that he is one of those rare English majors who’s actually made a living writing for almost 20 years. (He earned his degree from Wayne State University in Detroit.) That writing has included some of almost everything: magazine stories, plays, business videos and films, advertising, media relations, employee communications, children’s stories and journalism.

Randall is now forging ahead on a new frontier – writing books. His forthcoming book, “Talking Your Children to Success” is a practical guide to help Dads communicate more effectively with their kids. His current series of monthly columns in KFF for Dads is adapted from that work. He enjoys editing KFF for Dads because he really believes Dads can use the encouragement and camaraderie the site provides.

“Being a Dad is desperately important and unspeakably difficult,” he says. “I pray that our site provides resources and encouragement for Dads so that they know they are not alone in their struggle to raise godly, unselfish, wise, confident kids.”

Randall is married to a busy ob/gyn and has two children – a daughter, 7, and a son, 4. They make their home outside of Atlanta, Georgia.
