About Tammy Greer Brown:
Tammy Greer Brown is the founder and Executive Director of Celebrating Real Family Life, Inc. (CRFL), an organization dedicated to strengthening marriages and families in New York City. In less than 18 months, CRFL, under Brown’s direction, has been awarded two federal capacity building grants and is nationally recognized as a leader in the marriage movement. CRFL has been able to reach over 400 Staten Islanders with its marriage and family programming.
Brown is the only recognized New Yorker certified to teach Basic Training for Couples, an educational curriculum for black couples, and10 Great Dates for Couples & 10 Great Dates for Black Couples and 10 Rites of Passage for Youth and Families.
Ms. Brown earned her B.A. in English and Public Relations from Howard University in 1991. She is a wife and mother of two. She and her family reside in Staten Island, New York.
