Risha Sharma lost 112 pounds in 12 months. How did he do it? Here’s Rishi in his own words:
Exercise Regimen
Cardio 5 times a week cardio for 20-30 minutes on an empty stomach in the morning.
Weight training:
Lower body on Monday, Upper body on Wednesday, Lower body on Friday. Keep alternating these body routines.
Diet
Breakfast: Oatmeal, egg white and brown bread.
Lunch: Lentil soup, whole wheat chapatti, green vegetables, and low glycemic index fruit.
Dinner: Salad, soup, chicken, and fruit.
Snacks or Mini Meals: Veggies, brown bread, sandwich, and tea.

Eating small nutritious meals instead of big, heavy meals
How Rishi Overcame Them
For me it was the desire to get rid of all my bad health parameters (High blood pressure and High cholesterol). The pride I experienced after losing weight kept me going.
